    Benches for AMD singles

    Running 1.2 gig at 1.34 currently as awaiting another MC462 cooler to arrive for this one so I can push it further!

    as you can see I bench my systems with everything as it would be in real life. (CPU usuage 100% and lots of threads currently going)
