Has anyone tried the beta DETONATORs???

If you have, could you post your results?
I think the version is like 12.90 or something.!

    Thanks.

    I'm using 12.60/DX8/Win2k on a Geforce 256 DDR 32MB, Geforce2 GTS 64MB, Geforce Pro GTS 64MB...

In my case, Detonator Versions 10.40 ~ 12.60 have given me same performance results.

Posting my benchmark results would be kind of useless since the benchmarks of video cards also have to do with processor speed. What video card and processor are you running?

Maybe you should e-mail socalgal/Mntsnow and have this moved to the benchmarking forum.

    I have :

    AMD THunderbird 1.2ghz
    Gigabyte 7ZX-1 mobo
    256PC133 Ram.

I posted this message here because it has to do more with video drivers than benches.. I just want your input on the topic given.!!!

You forgot to mention what video card you have, eagle!

To give you an idea. My T-bird @ 1.4Ghz/DX8/12.60/Win2k with Geforce 2 Pro GTS 64MB get's about 4300 on 3Dmark2001. As for my Dual P3 @ 935Mhz with the same software specs with Geforce 2 GTS 64MB scores about 3100. (Keep in mind that Dual Processors have no advantage in 3D benchmark scores. It's the same as a single processor)

Installed the drivers and I saw some increased scores in 3dmark2001 and 2000 (like 100 or 150 points) so now my card is doing 2420 marks in 2001 version. Games seem more fluid too.!!

I installed 12.90 yesterday for my GTS 64MB and got an increase of about 100 points on the 3DMark2001.

    Here's what I have gotten on 3d Mark 2001.

    Tbird 1G @ 1.33G
    Geforce 3 223 / 500

    Detonator 12.60 - score 5540
    Detonator 12.90 - score 6090

    The Det. 12.60 w/ Tbird @ 1.4G ran at 6090.

    So it does help some.

    3d Mark 2000 scores. T-bird @ 1.33G

    Detonator 12.60 - 8094
    Detonator 12.90 - 9704
