    So did original diablo and a bunch of other sierra games =) ahead made nerodrivespeed for testing dvdrom speed. Sandra is generally good, go with it.

    There was a program called CDTach (from the makers of HDTach) but I don't know if they still make it.. otherwise try the one with Sandra.!
