May I know how to create a simple online Questionnaire form ?
Hi to all,
I am planning to use Frontpage 2000 for setting up my personal web site. I also want to add an online questionnaire form to my site. May I know what would be the quickest way to create such form and allow my visitors to click on the "submit" button and send those questionnaire to me via email.
Nothing to deal with the cgi script or Perl.
Please advise.

Wihout using perl or cgi???
I think that only way is if you host the backend of the form at your home PC/server running iis (4 or 5, not personal web server win9x) + frontpage server extensions, it may be possible. Otherwise you will need to use perl or cgi.

You can use forms. Frontpage 2000 has them that you can put in.
I did some once for a voting page. What it does is launches the users email app and sends you an email via their email automatically. Don't remember exactly how though. Tried checking my server for the page, but its gone.
Just look up some online html tuturials under 'forms'
