HTML .exe protection

Okay, heres the problem. I need to write a .html page for my parents that can be used in place of the current active desktop. That is, when they click on the link lableled solitaire, sol.exe will pop up without the "Do you want to.." warning. The file needs to be coded in html, not flash.

Any ideas?

There should be a check box in the popup window that says something to the effect of "always ask before opening this file type". Uncheck the box and open from current location
