Need a Logo Spiced up for a website I'm Making

I am making a website for a company called Total Patient Care. They have a logo, but it needs to be re-done.

The actuall backround color is bgColor=#333399

What are the limitations of the redesign?

Hey, killmaster, would you want the red logo to be transparent on the blue background, or retain the white? Those respective colors (red on blue) really won't be very pleasing to the eye.
