A New Design for my Personal Website

here is my new design.
It is only a template I am still working on it at the moment.
I now some people hate frames, but just about every website that uses tables or what not, always some how uses some phpnuke program.
I just don't want my site to be that or look that.
To see how the links work click on the about link, and then see all the details so far.
Please tell me what you think and what I need to change. I will use frames I don't want tables.Oh on a quick note: I did definetly design this one from scratch with no help from anywhere

I'd put your page title in a table with a hardcoded width setup so that your title does not move around as much on window resizing.

On your menus, instead changing the backgroung color on the font, try changing the font color itself on mouseover.
