Do you know if the server that is going to be hosting your website supports Frontpage extensions? If not you will have to use the ftp function

No offense Mntsnow... but how do you see it as Frontpage?... it's 1st page 2000.. shouldn't he have used Frontpage 2000 or FP2000?
Only, www.Tripod.com www.Angelfire.com and www.Talkcity.com have Frontpage extensions.. I should know.. lol...

J moy,
Sorry to say but you dont know.lol I have Front page extens' on my personal webserver, I have front page extens' on both of my hosted webservers and know a ton of webhosting providers other than the one's you listed that support FrontPage as well.
But Yes I may have jumped the gun and ASSUMED that he meant FrontPage 2000 as that is what I'm most familar with and probably the most widely used program that is used to create AND upload web files instead of creating them in one program and then having to use a 2nd program (FTP) to upload the files with.
But upon doing a www.google.com search for 1st page 2000 I see that it is a totally different application... http://www.evrsoft.com/ is where you might check for support and or FAQ's concerning that application

Well, I'm saying free web hosting that is... because i've been looking all over the place for free website hosting w/ frontpage extensions... and how to do that "quote" thingy... i've been trying to do that...
