HELP!!! Plextor 12/10/32A and CloneCD problem..

Please help me out.. My Plexwriter works well with ROXIO 5 but not with my CloneCD (all version)... Whenever I try to record the image file that I made using CloneCD, it stops right away "Writing to Plextor CD-R PXW1210A Failed" it didn't even write anything on my CDR disc at all.. It occurs 2 secs. after I click record... Please help me out.. Also, when I tried to update the firmware for my plexwriter, it doesn't do anything.. It seems like my plextor was locked or something.. I don't know if it was CloneCD or my plexwriter.. Please help me out... Thanks..
