Massage Tape Drive Storage Solution. LTO or DLT?

We are going to upgrade our DAT3 tape drive 12/24 gig to a much bigger system so we can backup our servers.

Now I need to know what is better and what is the difference between LTO and DLT drives.

We need to backup about 130 gigs of data within a NT/2000 network. Currently we are using Backup Exec 8.5.

Oh, and its over a 10/100 switched ehternet network.
