CDRW question, about Ultra DMA/33

I'm getting ready to buy a CDRW. The system I will add it to is ATA/100. Under the specs of a CDRW I looked at it says:

    Support Ultra-DMA/33.

What does this mean in relation to my ATA/100 board and hard drive? Is it compatible?

It's totally compatible. Hook it on either channel, just not the RAID one (if you have), jumper it right to work with your HD and enjoy !

    Best Regards ...
