DVD ripper software.

Does anyone know and good DVD ripper software that can convert DVD format to VCD or SVCD format so I can put it on the regular CD. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. It can be FREEWARE/shareware/purchase software.

Another question for those who are expert in video editing. I have a wedding movie that is in .wav and .mpeg2 format. Is there any software that can convert these two files in VCD/SVCD format?

VCDgalaxys comborippack does what you want. go.to/vcdgalaxy
VirtualDub might do the other task, www.divx-digest.com, virtualdub under software.
