CDs not recognized

Hello All;
I have a problem with a RICOH MP9120A drive (CDRW/DVD combo) with firmware 1.3 and Win2K SP2. 99% of the time every CD i put in is not recognized. However, it does show on the nero multi-mounter tab (it shows all the tracks but non is shown in explorer or any other software).

Any ideas?

could be that your not finalizing the cd's when your burning them?

It is also with regular game CDs. I think I have traced the problem to a faulty driver (or bad firmware upgrade).

Or, you have not selected the correct track with neros multimounter =)
