    5 to 1 apparently there is still one moron on our court

    As for the 5 to 1 the 1 may or may not have agreed but the court system in these kinda of rulings mostly always puts 1 on the other side... remember they are lawyers and want to cover their @55 incase something else comes along they can always site the 1 judge to give a new case a hand up....

    remember they are all Lawyers and want to cover themselves for all cases

    I read the article on CNN's web page. As I recall it said all the state courts that have heard these cases ruled against the gun grabbers. But they continue to file more suits. These people are a small percentage of the population but they make a LOT of noise. Join the NRA and **** off a gun grabber.
