Godbye, BIOS
Earlier tonight I decided to UNsolder my defective flash BIOS chip off my Pac Hell Mobo. After that I unsoldered the socket off an old 14kbps modem. My plan was to solder the Socket on to the Pac Hell Mobo and hot swap the Defective BIOS chip on my older Comp. Funny how things work right then go terribly wrong. I sucessfuly flashed the defective BIOS. So now I have a mobo w/o a bios (literaly) and an old modem without a socket. In the begining I knew this was going to turn out bad. I tried to solder the modem socket to the mobo, but it was to horribly screwed. But Ive got a half decent BIOS chip.Oh well, Ive got a job now, so I can build a new comp.
