well this is probably not typical, but seeing as how you have a forum dedicated to 'community' i figured why not...

i'd like to sortof introduce myself. i've been in the IT industry for four years now and very much enjoy working with computers. originally i came here for information, but i enjoy both learning from others and sharing knowledge - so now you're stuck with me.

although i've not had any formal education i think i bring a pretty decent level of knowledge to the forum which i'm happy to share, but don't be suprised if i frequently say 'correct me if i'm wrong...' or 'if i'm not mistaken....' if i am wrong, please do correct me, and understand that i make every effort to only provide valuable & correct information.

for those that answer my questions: thanks in advance. know that it is greatly appreciated. for those whose questions i answer: i hope it worked. let me know one way or another - i like the feedback! and don't be afraid to email me either. i have enjoyed my stay here so far, and i hope you all enjoy my being here.

J1Q - when i originally stopped by here i only had Just 1 Question, but have since decided to stick around and chose a nick i'd rather use.
PsycholicSlag - what can i say? not enough sleep the night before, 2am in the morning, and a glass of cheap wine will make almost any typo appear correct.
