i think that the union of same sex will hit the supreme court before too long. it is supposed to be that states recognize and accept laws that are passed elsewhere such as marriage type laws...however i ahve a feeling that the state of texas where i am at will never accept a sam sex union. it should be interesting to see what comes of all this.
