An insidious decision, indeed, by a judge who I cannot believe has no clue that this is an infringement of freedom of expression.
By the way, the texts involved are surely quite old, can they REALLY be still out of the public domain? Another abuse of the copyright monopoly privilege, IMO.

All I will say is search the archives here and you will see that that subject/case was debated here quite exstensively. As such I will refrain from going over that subject again

Sorry, Gracious Moderator, I have now searched and found the old thread, read it and DO understand why you are not happy to see it rehashed.
I didn't realize at the time of my comment how old the news was (I'd never seen this story) or that it had been beaten to death. With Clinny's permission, I would suggest this thread lie back down under the rock... sorry, mntsnow.
