I feel really dumb, but how do you post a picture on here? Thanks

Correct. Pretty much. You can always enlist the help of others if ya want...for example, if you had a image that you really wanted to show here, you could email it to another member and have them put it on their home page then you could post it from there.
But basically, yes, you need a home page. If you have an internet accout with an ISP then most likely you already have a home page (you just may have not enabled it yet).

I have a free website also, but when I try to hot-link to a picture there all I get is a red X. I've started to use PostMyPic.com to put images up for posting. All you have to do is upload the image and they'll give you a URL to post in your message.
