    Haha i hated those ads too! Bout time someone does something about it. AOL deserves it. For the price that the people pay at least give them what they pay for!

    My first glance: I thought of Belushi in Samurai stance.

    As much as I dislike AOL and its tactics, I think Jeffery Toobin has a point: lawsuits intended for lawyers and not plaintiffs are plentiful.

    I have had two class-action brochures mailed to me this year, because I was somebody or other's customer. Each offered three or four bucks of settlement opportunity to me, a coupla million$ to the lawyers soliciting the suit.

    They say this will teach the companies a valuable lesson. I just wish we could sit some of these lawyers down to a few lessons of their own....
