LOFL! Okay, I'm not the only one then... my brother and I made a 486 DX33 (just the chip wafer) into a keychain, though I took it off cause it was scratching my interior trim.

    LOL Eli

Well, sometimes I wear a hat that has "Dell" printed on the front, I have a mug that says "Cisco Systems" and there is a poster of a motherboard hanging on the wall in back of my computer.

It was? I thought it just broke. Maybe we could sand the edges...

Oh and just for the record, it was a 486sx-25.

The symptoms appear mild and benign at first...like the stick-O-RAm keychain thing. Then, poof. You've got wall clocks made from CDROM's, SIMM's used as bookmarks (;^]), 486 tie-tacks, and then "the mother of all geekdom", PC boards scroll cut with your name!

Seek professional help while there's still time!!!

    How many more must suffer..................

Congrats on #1001. The earmark of a TRUE geek!

Well there are worse things than to use them for ear rings I suppose. Hang them from other parts of your body (No examples needed I'm sure), or from your rear view mirror (less of a blind spot than a silly looking CD anyway), or fire them off with elastic bands? Yeah, I'm stretching for ideas here... I guess my memory is going bad. (Sorry, sorry...)
