Wink OT - What is cakemouth?

I've heard of this before, but what exactly is cakemouth?

Some woman in a chat said she gets it when she speaks publicly, but left before she could explain to me what it was.

I know - extremely off topic, but could someone ease my mind here!?

I would assume it means that she gets embarresed, shy, etc. when talking in front of a crowd.

She said she usually drinks milk when she gets it too..

    I think its something health-wise.

I think by cakemouth the person was refering to a dry mouth when doing public speaking. Some people react diffrently to diffrent types of stimuli, I get a dry mouth when speaking publicly and always have something to drink on hand when I am doing it. Other people get sweaty palms. One person in my public speaking class in high school got the hiccups every time they had to speak in front of a group of people.
