    Lightbulb Can i use standard SmartMedia with my diamond rio 500?

    I have a diamond rio 500 and i want to upgrade to 96mb memory, can i use a standard generic 3.3v 32mb SmartMedia thingy or do I need to use diamonds own card?

    I also have a Diamond Rio 500 and to my understanding yes you can use a smartmedia card, and if you check diamonds web site you can aswell.

    Also if your thinkiong of upgrading you can now download new firmware for your Rio 500 which will let you upgrade to 128MB with their smartmedia 64MB support.
