Ok, this is the last offer for that motherboard, a great motherboard, I am willing to sell for $45(that includes shipping!) It comes with CPU retention clip, manual, 2 driver CDs, and all wrapped up in bubble wrap, what fun! If I do not sell this time, I will modify, and probably kill it.

http://www.pcchips.com/m761man.html those are the official specs. Runs a P3, with the correct flash. There are 2 links to bios sections, one goes to an outdated page, the other will get you the P3 bios. The site loads real slow, so be patient. I added a $10 heatsink to the 440bx chip to make the thing last longer.
