Not to burst your bubble, but Joel has actually been bugging me about starting this forum category for months now [img]/forum/wink.gif[/img]. The fact that I finally did it the other day was mainly a function of the fact that I got tired of hearing people moan about it [img]/forum/wink.gif[/img].

I do think user-to-user/biz-to-biz product trading is important, I'm just not 100% behind this informal venue for it - the burden falls squarely on the site's visitors to tell which sellers are honest, etc., since it isn't structured in such a way that sellers are 'registered' (with their detailed contact info) and the seller's customers can vote on what kind of service they received, whether they were cheated, etc.

One good resource for trader ratings is Heat's page at www.elitehardware.com . You can view other traders experiences with many of the traders from this and other boards. Perhaps someone from here should contact Heat about adding more info from SysOpt.
