    fax in 98

Windows 95 had a simple fax setup & it worked. Can anyone tell me STEP by STEP the
procedure to go through to set it up in Win.98 ? Thanks

Have you installed it off the win98 cd already? It's the same program as win95.

    It's under: \tools\oldwin95\message\us

Bleeding Edge, The W95 Fax program works fine in W98?

That would be great for me. I tried installing Cheyene "Bloatware" and it crashed my system. A nice and simple Fax program is just what I have been looking for.

hager, tell me more. And let me know how it works in your W98 system.

I don't use it. There was a discussion about this back in March, I believe. Quite a few of us are using it. It's simple and efficient. Like I say, the program is located on the Win98 CD under \tools\oldwin95\message\us.

There's no reason not to try it. I'm sure it will work fine.
