    The only negative is that it's two rebates, one from beyond.com and one from norton.

    Another negative is it appears this is for UPGRADE customers only. If you read the rebate slip, you have to provide proof of previous ownership.

    Sam's Club has Norton Utilities 4.5 for $17.95. This is the stand alone vesion - not the upgrade version.
