OK, 300mhz .35 P2, goes to 333 and 350(350 not very stable) it is OEM from gateway 200, but has duel fan setup on it. If anyone is interested, they can have it for a celeron 400mhz, a slotkit, and a retail or better heatsink/fan combo. I looked around, the 400 celerons cost less than 300 P2 chips, pricewatch and ebay were the main places.
