One note: Instable with defective modem and overclocked 300(at 450) p2. Could be boards fault, works good with 300mhz at 300 and no modem, but not extensive tests.

Ya, sure, I will sell a board and a $90-$110 operating system for $60, no offense, but I am not carazy. I can give you 2 versions Linux on cd with it for $70 (price of actaul CDs to burn, not those cheap green ones.) I will offer you the Windows 95 upgrade and the board for $120, Windows 98 upgrade + board for $135. And if you are interested, I will even throw in a licence to Windows 3.1 so you can copy some one elses 3.1 disks and upgrade legaly for an extra $10 (license comes with full Windows 3.1 manual!). As I said, the board did not do extensive tourchure tests, so no guarantee. I just realized you might have ment "is it compatable with Windows 95 or 98, yes it is.)
