That's a hard chip to find. Try Pricewatch, I'm pretty sure that one of their suppliers has one listed.

The machine I am using at this time has one of such CPU's but can't sell it :-(
Don't forget that you have the OVERDRIVE option, so you can get MMX on older motherboards.
Pricewatch has many listed of both types.
