By the way, everyone, this system is also for sale at a couple of other BBS's. Yet to be sold. This is boring me.

You are right. He is a puto. I was all set to buy this system on the AGN board. However, the deal fell thru when he wanted me to send a MO first then he would ship the system. I suggested COD. He said too much hassle. Then he said he needed the money by Wednesday. I offered him another possibility but he refused and I have not heard back from him since. BTW, my offer was for $600. Be extremely careful with this guy when dealing with him.

A few days ago, I sent DBJR an email, reiterating my questions in my post above. He says he's located in NJ and frankly I find it odd that for a "one-month old" system, he has no receipts whatsoever for this thing. For me, that doesn't sound like a wise buy, if for only that reason.

I'm just curious as to why you would want a new system when you already have one like that. It's not exactly an outdated system, so I see no reason why someone would be selling it.

I am building a Pentium III ...I have everything except the chip and a floppy drive, which i need the money for.
