Recently my wife and I have had to close our retail stores due to illness. We continue to sell from home but not at the same volume. If you would be interested in buying parts or systems at cost plus a small $5 fee for my time we can provide any part you might need as well as systems.
All parts have at least 1 year parts depot warranty. Many are higher such as monitors. I don't have a good outlet for printers. Really, no VAR does.
Extended warranties for custom built systems are $119 for 2 years onsite or $199 for 3 years onsite through Philips/Magnavox.
All sales must be cash, check or money order. No credit card sales as there is a 2 to 3% loss for their use. Please allow time for funds to clear our bank. All products will be shipped at your expense. No handling fees will be incorporated. Actual shipping costs only.
If you like the idea of buying this way we will incorporate it into our web site at a later date. All warranties will be handled in this manner.
1) Call the toll free number included with your order describing your problem.
2) Get a RMA Number for your return.
3) Ship your product back to us (your expense)
4) New or repaired product shipped back to you at our expense. In most cases RMA is reshipped the same day it is received. If you ship ground we ship ground. Overnite we overnite.
Please remember that this is a service designed to help you the most. My only benefit is the $5 transaction fee. Also, you don't have the option of getting your part or system the next day. So don't go off the deep end when you don't get your part for two weeks.
To be honest, I don't relish the thought of doing business with some of the folks on this forum. Some of you are so cynical that no offer will be good enough for you. Please, if you don't want the opportunity to save a few bucks or can't find the time or inclination to trust someone to help you out without crying wolf then don't respond to this. If you like the results then tell a frind. You'll get great value for your money and we can make an honest buck together.

I want to thank everyone for their support and response. Later today you will all receive a price sheet with most of the products we get. We are converting it to an electronic format now.
If you don't see a product listed please email us and we will try to get it for you. Also, please remember that this is a volitile market and pricing changes faster than we can keep up. If you see a product your interested in but the price is too high, give us a chance to update that price to the most current amount. I am confident that we can beat most any price. If you seek quanity please email us for reduced pricing.
We are trying to finish up the web site in the next couple of days. Adding products such as notebooks. Also more info about us and what we are trying to accomplish.
