outlook changes account info for incoming mail

    hey guys,
sometimes outlook can't connect to earthlink and check my mail.
I discovered that in the tools/accounts/
internet account/mail/properties/server tab- the incoming mail server changes to local host. i have to manually change it back to
    mail.earthlink.net to get connected.
    why is it doing this?
next time i start the computer it's changed again to localhost.
    any hints?
    patrick

Your antivirus software is doing this. You'll have toigo into the AV and tell it not to check mail...

There might be a work around but I'm unsure as to what that might be.

You could check the web site pccillin. Or change the word "local Host" to:

    127.0.0.1
