Bootable Floppy disk for 2K?

Whats the easest way to make a bootable disk in 2K? I've made the Emergency disk & the 3 Rescue disks. when booting after rebuilding an array on my promise hack card-I cna't boot with any of these disk-1st NTLDR is missing so I copied it to the emer. disk then another file comes up missing...

Only way I know is to start from the recovery console, using your CD or start with your CD and use the emergency disks, but you have to have updated the emergency disks if you want to restore the defaults settings.
