Unhappy Help! I've lost my Inbox!

My daughter was playing on my PC the other day (she somehow escaped from her cell) and now the "Inbox" icon on my desktop has mysteriously disappeared. Okay, I'll admit I never actually used it - but I resent the fact that it just up and went without so much as a Goodbye.

Tried everything I know to get it back. Even reinstalled Windows (over the old one - hey, I'm lazy). Can anyone help me get it to return (short of doing a fresh install of Windows98 - I'm not that desperate)?

Isn't that inbox for a MS only connection..if you never used it..leave it..that is the first thing I delete when I set up a computer..windows always says it can't put in recycle bin..permanently delete?....yes

You can use tweakui and rebuild the Icon (that is if you really want it)

Mntsnow~ Tweakui is one of the first things I tried. No joy.

Smokin1~ Yup, I guess I'll follow your advice. It just puzzles me, that's all
