    vb runtime file

    Does anyone know of a link or webpage where I can file a file called "cmdialog.vbx" ?? I have a program that keeps asking for it and I can't find it on win98se cd anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks

    Try reinstalling the program that is calling for it [img]/forum/biggrin.gif[/img] If the program requires it...It should be in it's install program!

    That's the problem , the program didn't include that file. I checked my windows\system files to see if I had it there , and nada....It's not on my hard drive anywhere.

    Reinstall the program or download VB runtime files from www.tucows.com there you should fine all the files you need.

    If you can't find it there... well put a reply and I'll look for it on my Visual Studio 6.0 CDs... it should be there and send it to ya.

    Sorry I took so long in responding....was setting up a firewall on stepdaughters network. She had a copy of the file on one of her machines , but I do thank all of you for the help though. T-rex
