Boot from win98 cd?
Is it possible? And does it start the install right away?
I know how to set it up in the BIOS but one of my friends told my it is possible, so i thought i would aks you guys since i donīt have the CD.
All the Win98 CDs I've had pass thru my hands were bootable, but I have not had one of the "Upgrade" versions. When the CD boots, you get a menu that give the option of starting setup, booting to command prompt with CD drivers, and booting to command prompt without CD drivers.
Thanx for the quick reply!
OK, now i know for sure
I have a Windows 98 upgrade CD and it is NOT bootable. Maybe it works with only the Full version CDs (?).
