I want to dual boot RH6 and windows. Is there a way to set it and save the stuff on my hard drive. Basicaly can I do it without reformatting my hard drive?

Use a non-destructive partition software. I use Partition Magic, it creates, deletes, resizes, etc. without problem. But it isn't the only one there is also Partition-it, but haven't try it out.

And when you install RH6 tell to put LILO on MBR that way you can dual boot without problem. That is what I did with Mandrake and I have gone Linux crazy. Since it is now easier to install and make a dual boot I have installed on 2 laptops I own and one of a friend, along with some desktops. Of course leaving win9x... just in case

When I installed RH6 I did not have that option (i missied it most likely). Is there a way to do that in RH6 using lunixconf. Also RH6 will not boot unless I use the boot floppy it just hangs in the BIOS where is says: Veryfying DMI Pool Data.....
Please help

That is how my old slackware version booted, it installed LILO on the drive rather than on the MBR. So you'll need the floppy to start linux. I'm not sure if you reinstall RH on its partition the option of installing LILO on the MBR will appear on the installation process.
