Restore Win 98
After my last crash, while downloading and installing IE5, I didn't do a few things, like turn off norton recycle bin, etc. IE% is not working as well as it did before my crash, I want to delete it and try again. I would also like to restore Win 98 to it's original registry without having to reinstall it. How do I do this?
Also, should a person always turn off background prgrams while installing stuff? Is there any way to do that without the Ctrl-alt-del thing... I have twenty one bacgroung programs running, and that gets old!
