Ok i got Slack4 installed a few months back, before I was use'n 3.2, I got to say it is by far my fav distro.. but any way my only gripe is that i can not get the sound to work.

My sound is an AWE64 on IRQ9, DMA's are 3 and 7 (according to Windows)...

I uncommented SB 16 in rc.modules.. no luck

Then I ran pnpdump and then uncommented what i thought where the right sections but still no luck.

I'm stupid at this and the how to's didn't seem to help much (they probally would if i understood them).

Can some1 help please?
