start up screen?

Hi all of a sudden (i udgraded to win98 a year ago)..i get the old win 95 start up screen and shut down screens?...what happened to the 98 screens i got until now...does anyone know the file names..i have a desktop theme program and i can reinstall those screens but i don't know the file names..
i have 5 logo sys files a couple in nortons utilities but i'm not sure where the 98 is.

windows:\logow.sys
windows:\LOGOS.SYS

View them (there bitmaps) to find out which is which.
