    HELP!!!

    I JUST USE MY OLD STRUFF TO MADE A i-166MMX PC.WITH 64MB RAM 2.5GB HD ET6000 2MB VGA 4X4 CD-CHANGER ESS1868 PNP SOUND CARD.

    I INSTALLED THE RED HAT 5.2 ALREADY.NOW I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO CONFIG MY MODEM (MOTOROLA SM56 PCI MODEM) AND HOW TO CONFIG THE CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET.

    SECOND, HOW TO INSTALL THE ADOBE READER.
    3, THE REDHAT 5.2 COMES WITH 3 CDs, THE FIRST ONE I ALREADY INSTALLED TO MY PC, SO HOW TO INSTALL THE OTHER 2 CDs TO MY COMPUTER AND HOW TO GET THE INFORMATION FOR ALL LINUX COMMANDS.

    Did you get X working?

    The other two CDs that come with RedHat are not really needed.

    One has all the source code for everything on it, so iyou only need that one if your curious.

    The other one has a lot of extra programs on it, many of which are commercial and have to be paid for if you keep them...

    Get the new adobe reader 4 from adobe.com in RPM format, and (as root) type

    rpm -Uvh acroread.rpm

    as far as Unix commands go:
