Problem with Half - Life Blue Shift

Because now when I am playing Half - Life blue shift,
when I am moving around the game instead of freezing
it wobles. Like when you make the desktop wobble /
shake. Would that be a problem with the video driver.

Man ill ask around but I really dont even have a great guess. possible video driver.
I have a funny prob also every-once-in awhile i leave one net game at 60+fps then join another game and it drops to <10 fps.
I run a voodoo 3 have reinstalled the drives and even tried the wicked3D drivers (so may not be a driver for me but ?????)
    Good luck
    btw
