    Role Playing?

    Hi all
I'm looking for a good RPG game to buy. Diablo was the last one I bought. Thinking of buying Boulder's Gate. Anyone play this game if so please me tell what you think of it? Or any other sugestions you might have.
    Thanks

Fallout 2 is nice, i bet the prequel is not bad too...
It's gonna kill some good time of yours, take very long to finish up the game...and if u do get this game, remember to download the patch

I bought diablo and played it to death and am still looking for a similar game. I bought Baldur's Gate and played it for hours- nothing happened for the first few hours and then when it did I found the controls were poorly designed and the action unexciting anyway. I ended up taking it back. Unless some one comes up with an idea (or you reckon fallout 2 is worth a look) then its a long wait until Diablo 2. Unless you haven't got hellfire the add on pack.

    Cheers

Hi osmiod yes I have the hell-fire add on played that to death as well. Looks like D2 won't be comming out till the very end of the year. Maybe for xmas o well. I think I'm going to check out fallout2 anyway.
    Thanks

I have Baldur's Gate and I found the game so so. The control is not good and your characters are limited in their experiences. They cannot go further after an amount of experiences beacause you're supposed to continue in the expansion pack. Another trick to take your cash. Go with fallout

I will strongly suggest you to buy Final Fantasy 7 or wait for the Final Fantasy 8. Best of the Best RPG in both PC and CONSOLE

Baldur's Gate, Baldur's gate II, Nox (Very old) Diablo II, Dungeon Keeper (Not really RPG)

Those are all the ones off the top of my head
    Good luck

    Captain Fuzzy:
Another suggestion would be to go and check out Bestbuy, Babbages, or the closest gaming store and check out their selection of LAN or networkable games

You can normally buy a half decent game for under $25 ... Just have to look in the right spots...
    Good luck
