FPS in Half Life
Is there a command to get the FPS in Half-Life? Current and/or average?
Thanx.

while in the game go to the console (accessed by ~ ), and type net_graph 3
that will give you a moment by moment measure of fps, and if you are playing online will give you yout ping, packet loss, inflow and outflow of data.
i have played on various systems where fps has ranged from 5-100

When I press ~ I get nothing??? I tried with and without shift... any reason for this?

You need to have the console come down... that means you have to put "-console" in the shortcut. Make a TFC game and make a shortcut... then right click the shortcut...press properties.... and on target type "-console"... then in game press ~ and type "net_graph 1,2 or 3.

If what jc say's does not work the put -dev in the line instead
