since you have posted in almost every forum, I guess I'll help ya.....
what isp are you using,
find out how new the phone lines are in your city,
and then once you have done all that go scrap it and buy a cable modem. in the meantime me and my 0 ping will be in the gaming zone [img]/forum/smile.gif[/img]
