Free space game

I found this interesting free game the other day. Its meant to be played on the net, and reminds me just a little of subspace. It's still in the late beta but its pretty cool. Its like a cross between Star Control and a strategy game. Check this out at www.stardock.com/products/sf/sf.html You can't beat the price.

If your talking about Freespace 2, I downloaded it today(long download)! It played OK,but it reinforced my decision to upgrade my system(PII-266/128SDRAM/CL-TNT 16 AGP).Seems like these new 3D games need a lot of CPU/Vid card power.
