Slow Half Life

I've been running Half Life in a very early version and it was working great. Recently, I downloaded the latest version. Ever since then I can't get the game to run fast enough to play it. If I remove all versions and reload the first version it won't even work now. I'm running a 64 meg RAM and a Banshee card.

When you installed the game did you install the minigl driver for your banshee card? If you dont have the minigl driver, the game wont work right at all. Make sure you download it and install the newest version from 3dfx. If you have done that already, Im not sure what the problem is.
