    Unreal Multiplayer Probs :(

I just bought Unreal today, i got a K6-2 300 (overclocked to 400), 64megs RAM, Viper V330 8meg PCI, a SB16 ISA. But the problem is when I go to multi and favorites, and choose like Mplayer.com, it tries to connect for like 5 mins, then just gives up and im back at the title screen where i can press Esc for options. I have a cable modem, ill try using Gamespy to get into a game. Thanks for any tips.

Did you update the game with the latest patch?

Yep, and in addition, Gamespy doesnt work either, it wont connect to the servers, could this be a network thing?, i dont have a proxy or anything.

You shouldn't need a proxy if the computer you are on has the internet connection. Try connecting to Kali and see if their servers will let you in.

I got a cable, but i got it to work, IE was trying to autodetect my proxy every time it runs, and i dont have one, so that caused problems. Thanks for the replies though.
