I started running the server at about 5:30 and left it run for about 3 hours, but not one person showed up so I shut it down... If anyone's interested email me so I know there's interest and I'll have another game

Only reason i wanna really play is to meet some of these sysopt's people in virtually real fraggable form. Its alot better than just arguing over hardware n whatever.
    Me - TNT2's BETTER!!
    player2 - WELL I GOT A VOODOO3!!
Me - BUT UR V3 CANT DO THIS CAN IT??!

I tried to drop in as well and got no answer. Fire that puppy up so I can show AuraEdge what a Riva128 is still able to do with the right caffine addict at the helm.

I think part of the problem was that I usually don't get home until about 8PM Pacific usually. Doesn't leave much time.

I'm going to be gone for the weekend, but I'll host a game Sunday night - How many clients do you think I can accept on 64k? 128k? ...Sometimes I can't get 128k to work

--I'll be getting a dedicated game server sometime this soon, probably the end of this month or early July:

    C466 @ 581
    256MB RAM
    18GB HD
    SDSL (768k con. to backbone!)

I'll be permanently hosting Q2, Q3, and maybe one other!

I'm a quake freak. Just post when ur up and running and I'll join. Still trying to get SDSL here. So I don't know what may happen with quake3 if I try to play with analog modem.
